The airline that cut company-wide email announcements by 10x. The IT services firm that reduced training costs by 85%. The financial services group that grew revenues by a third. The beauty brand that reduced staff turnover.

Untangle work with Workplace

From informing everyone about the return to the office to adopting a hybrid way of working, Workplace makes work more simple.

We've seen some incredible examples of the 'Workplace effect' since our launch in October 2016. In the last two years, global brands like Walmart, Heineken, Weight Watchers, Booking.com and Virgin Atlantic, fast-growing start-ups like Farfetch, Spotify, Deliveroo and Grab, and NGOs like WWF, Unicef UK and Save the Children have all put their trust in us.

In many of these cases, we've seen HR and IT leaders coming together to change the way their people connect at work. Because they recognize, as we do, that business is better when people are connected.

Connecting organizations
Connecting organizations

Workplace connects everyone in an organization – from the CEO to the newest recruit, from two people to 200,000+ – using familiar Facebook features like chat, video calling, posts, and groups, providing a simple and secure way for people to share knowledge, work together and build connected, meaningful communities.

In the past 12 months alone, Nestlé, Vodafone, GSK, Telefonica, AstraZeneca, Delta Air Lines, Kering, National Australia Bank and many others have connected their people on Workplace.

In fact, there are now more than 150 companies who have more than 10,000 users on Workplace. And in total, we're proud to serve over 2m paid users every month - with millions more connecting through our free product and via our Workplace for Good program for nonprofits.

We put these people at the center of everything we do. Whether it's releasing new features like Safety Check so frontline workers can get the support they need in a crisis; leveraging industry-leading machine learning technology from Facebook to help ease the burden of email overload; or building best-of-breed integrations with companies like Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, Okta, Box and Netskope so our customers can get more from the SaaS apps they already use.

We are also proud of our partnerships with PwC, Deloitte Digital, Revevol, Slalom Consulting, Enablo, EVRY, Crayon, Searce, and many others. With them, we're building a Workplace Economy of system integrators, re-sellers and independent software vendors so we can bring Workplace to hundreds of millions more people around the world.

We have a saying at Facebook that the journey is only 1% finished. This is true for Workplace as well. We have more lessons to learn and more features to build. We'll do it with humility, by listening to our customers and continuing to earn their trust and serve their employees every day.

We'll do it so we can help people and organizations connect. And to make work better for everyone.
